Due to rapid growth of DHL services in the Middle East and in particular in Jordan, DHL Operations BV decided to fit- out existing car showroom facility and then relocate DHL Jordan Express country office, ground operation service center, and the logistic warehouse.

The location in Bayader Wadi Elsir in Amman, a fast developing commercial district, guarantees good transportation links.

The property has a total usable area of 7,874 sqm and the building floor plate area is approximately 1,700 sqm. The newly redesign and fitted – out space will include:

  • 1,700 sqm basement – parking for office staff
  • 1,700 sqm ground floor – for PUD/ service center operations and service point and reception
  • 1,054 sqm mezzanine rooms, including cafeteria, archives and training rooms
  • 1,000 sqm first floor– open office area
  • 700 sqm first floor –ELC storage and future expansion.

The design fit – out is in line with DHL’s branding and highest standards of finishing. The office space will provide excellent working conditions for employees, whilst the service spaces will ease the transaction process with customers.
